Office update

Since our email/ letter of last week advising you of our arrangements during this very difficult time the situation nationally has quickly moved on and we need to update you again on our working arrangements. Unfortunately we have had to reduce access to the building by closing our front door….we are still open , just reducing access . Our reception team are not available and so we must ask you to wherever possible to avoid coming to our office :

• If you can please email anything you need to get to us
• If you need to come to the office with anything or to collect anything please ring the front door bell and someone will answer it, please bear with us it may take a few minutes
• If you need one of us to come to you to collect something you need to get to us or return something please call us and we will make the arrangement with you

Please as far as possible if you have anything you want to get to us please email it to us

We are trying very hard to ensure we can keep the office manned as long as possible and we will do everything possible to deal with the work you continue to give to us.

We will of course keep you updated with any changes to our situation. Please check our website www.lgold.co.uk regularly for any update on our working arrangements, it will be posted on our homepage.
