Andy Chapman
Andy qualified with Leonard Gold after graduation before joining an international accountancy practice in London. Andy returned to Leonard Gold to become a partner in 1989. Outside work, Andy is heavily involved in Portsmouth Cricket Club and still plays both indoor and outdoor cricket throughout the year.

Julie Watts
Julie is a partner at Leonard Gold and a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant. She joined the firm in 1998 having already gained around 10 years experience working in the audit and tax field with local businesses.
Julie is working primarily with small and medium sized businesses throughout Portsmouth, Hampshire and beyond providing pro active tax advice, business support and audit services.
Julie understands that it is important to work closely with her clients and build long-lasting business relationships in order to understand her clients’ needs and support them in achieving their own goals.
As well as helping businesses, Julie also works extensively with Charities, Trusts, individuals and their families.

Tara Hine
Tara joined Leonard Gold after graduating from the University of Plymouth in 1997. She completed her training and qualified as a Certified Chartered Accountant in 2001.
Tara works with a wide range of clients including sole traders, limited companies and charities.
Tara lives locally with her husband and two young children and is on the committee of her local community pre-school.

Leanne Russell
Leanne is a Client Manager with Leonard Gold and Manager of Carter Gold Limited, the book-keeping and payroll arm of Leonard Gold . She worked in banking for 21 years after which she completed a degree at Portsmouth University before joining Leonard Gold in 2005.
I enjoy working with a great and professional team and being the link between the book-keeping/payroll and the accounting sides of the business.
Leanne has two great children and family who understand her need to keep busy.
